Have you ever considered a boudoir session for a partner? You probably already know that I am a HUGE fan of intimate portraits because of the way they build your confidence and make you feel empowered. But I also love them as a gift for a special someone.
This session was an especially fun one to shoot. Not only is she gorgeous, but she came in with a vision I could not say no to! She had boudoir photographs taken 20 years ago for her husband and wanted to recreate some of the poses in this new set of photos. Sign me up! It made her session so unique to her, and it was a fun surprise for her husband, too!
We shot these in my San Diego studio. I love that there are so many different spaces to give a variety of looks to my clients. One of my favorite places to shoot is in front of the window. You just can’t beat that light shining through the sheer curtains. She rocked several different looks during her photoshoot, from a stunning dark green bodysuit to just a sheet. But I have to say that my favorite look was the leather jacket against the brick wall. It was perfect!
